To access your website via FTP you can use the details below, we recommend using a client such as Filezilla, configuration guidelines can be found here.
- Server/Host:
- Cpanel 1 - ftp1.cloudprime.co.uk
- Cpanel 2 - ftp2.cloudprime.co.uk
- Often a DNS record is created so you can use 'ftp.yourdomain.co.uk' and you'll connect to the correct server
- Username: Your cpanel login
- Password: Your cpanel password
- FTP Protocol: FTP (File Transfer Protocol)
- Encryption: Explicit FTP over TLS
