1. Disconnect / Log out of the remote desktop.
  2. Open the remote desktop connection.
  3. Click show options.
  4. Select the Experience tab.
  5. Uncheck "Persistant bitmap caching"
  6. Go back to general tab.
  7. Click save.
  8. Connect back into the remote desktop.
