Before we begin on your device, please can you download the Microsoft Remote desktop from the App Store:

Android Devices: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.microsoft.rdc.android&hl=en_GB
1. On your computer you will need to locate your Remote desktop icon.
2. Right click on the remote desktop Icon and select Edit
3. You will need to make a note of the Computer: “ServerAddress”
4. Click on the Advanced Tab, then click on Settings under Connect from anywhere
5. You will need to make a note of the Server Name: “GatewayServer”
If you do not have the RDP file, contact the support desk

IOS Devices
- Now on your device you will need to open the Microsoft Remote Desktop
- Click on New Remote desktop
- Enter a connection Name for example “Work Remote Desktop”
- Enter the PC name which you noted earlier as “Server address”
- Click on Username and enter your username and password, and click Save
- Next click on Gateway
- Enter the server name that you noted earlier “Gateway Server”
- For credentials select Use credentials from connection
- Click on Save
- Then click save, and select the remote desktop that was created “Work Remote Desktop” and enter your login details once prompted
Android Devices
1. Now on your device you will need to open the Microsoft Remote Desktop (RD Client)Click on the + icon and select “Desktop”
Click on Show Additional Options
2. Enter the Computer that you noted down from your computer “ServerAddress”
3. Under Gateway click on No gateway
4. Then Add gateway, and enter the Server name that you noted down from your Computer “GatewayServer”
5. Then Click Save, and enter a Friendly name for example “Remote Desktop”
6 Click on Save.
7. Next click on the connection. It will then connect, and ask for your username and password, once you have entered you login details click on
