If you have forgotten your logins for your Office 365 account then you'll need to get someone else in your company to contact us via email/ticket on your behalf to request the password is reset.

It is possible to enable self-serve password resets in Office 365 but this is disabled by default. SpiderGroup can enable it for your company if authorised.
