Office 365 includes basic two factor authentication for all users at no additional costs. We strongly recommend two-factor authentication is enable for everyone as it protects you against the most common types of attack.

Once activated each user will need to complete the enrolment process. We also recommend installing the app on your phone to make the authentication process easier.
