I've you've deleted a channel within Teams and would like to recover it, you can do the following:

• Go to the Team the channel was a part of, and select the three dots to bring up more options.
• From here select 'Manage Team'.
• Under the channels tab, there will be a category for deleted channels - Select the one you wish to recover and click restore.

Deleted channels are recoverable for up to 14 days after the date that they were deleted.

Teams can also be recovered if they are deleted, however it requires us to do this on your behalf.

Teams are recoverable for up to 30 days after the date of deletion, however due to the recovery process, it can up to 24 hours for the team to appear and become functional again after recovery.
