This asks you to enter the information below:

User ID: (Normally enter your email address, or whatever username you use to log on)

Pick the first verification method you want to use, and click on the Blue box, or enter the code.

Pick the second authentication method you want to use, and follow through the steps.

This takes you to the password reset screen.

Enter the new password into each box and click on “Finish”
