You will need to choose two methods to enable the abililty to reset your own passwords from the following:

  • Email
  • App
  • Phone

When self service password reset is enabled, you will see the following message the next time you log on.


 


Click on “Next”. You will get the following message.



If you click on “Skip Setup”, You carry on into the service you were connecting into. 

Next time you logon you get the same questions again.

 


If you click on “I want to set up a different method” The box below pops up:

 

Clicking on the drop down gives you the following option:

 

 

 

Phone:

Change area to “United Kingdom (+44)” (or as required)

Enter phone number in the second box

Click on “Next”

 

Enter the code, then click on “Next”

SMS verified. Your phone was registered successfully, click on “Next”

 

Click on “Done”

 

 

 

 

Email

 

This has to be an external email account, you can’t use an account from within the same organisation.

Click on “Next”

You will receive an email to the external address with a 6 digit code, copy and paste it into the box.

Click on “Next”

Click on “Done”
