Outlook:
There are a few ways to give someone permission to your calendar, however the we have found the following to be the most reliable way:
- Open Outlook
- Navigate to your calendar
- Right click
- Choose properties
- Open the Permissions Tab
- Click Add...
- Locate the user you would like to give permission to view your calendar
- Click Add
- In the permissions window you can fine tune exactly what they should be able to see; Either choose a preset or create your own
- Click OK
The other user then simply needs to:
- Open Outlook
- Go to their Calendar
- In the ribbon at the top of the screen choose "Add Calendar"
- From Address Book
- Find your name
- Click Add
- OK
Your calendar should now be visible to them.
