Outlook emails show as message preview and has information message
"This is a message header. The full item has not been downloaded" and shows as connected to Microsoft Exchange (Headers)
Steps to Resolve:
1. In Outlook go to the Send / Receive tab
2. click on "Download Preferences" dropdown.
3. Untick On Slow Connections Download Only Headers
You will then be able to see the full content of the emails and Outlook will update to Connected to Microsoft Exchange.
